SetupProd_OffScrub.exe is a standalone executable distributed by Microsoft. It is designed to completely remove Microsoft Office products (such as Office 365, Office 2016, 2019, and 2021) from a computer.

Threat actors have been observed naming malicious binaries SetupProd_OffScrub.exe to blend in. Indicators of compromise (IOCs) for fake versions include: setupprodoffscrubexe top
