QFIL is a software tool developed by Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. for flashing and updating firmware on Qualcomm-based Android devices, including the Oppo R9s Plus. QFIL is used to load and flash firmware images, including stock ROMs, custom ROMs, and other software components, onto the device.
