This step installs the crDroid-specific recovery needed for the rest of the installation. You are flashing a boot image for the wrong device or a corrupted file. Fix: Redownload the correct crDroid build for your exact codename (e.g., raven for Pixel 6 Pro, courbet for Mi 11 Lite). crDroid 9/10 (A13/A14) tested

If you are already on crDroid and just updating to a new security patch, you don't need to flash boot.img separately via Fastboot—but you do need to reinstall it via the recovery's flashing process. Flash the boot image using this command: fastboot
