The film follows Naina Mathur (Rani Mukerji), an aspiring teacher who dreams of educating underprivileged children. However, she suffers from Tourette Syndrome, a neurological disorder characterized by involuntary, repetitive sounds and movements (tics). Despite her qualifications, Naina faces severe discrimination and is rejected by multiple schools.
