The Enrollment Key is case-sensitive. This is a frequent pitfall. If the instructor created the key as "Fall2024" and the student enters "fall2024" (lowercase "f"), Turnitin will treat the password as incorrect and block access. Similarly, extra spaces before or after the ID or key can cause errors. Students should copy and paste the credentials if possible, or double-check that the capitalization matches exactly as given by the instructor.
