QMusic (originally Q-music) is a Dutch commercial radio station that has been broadcasting since August 31, 2005. It’s owned by the Belgian media company DPG Media and broadcasts from Amsterdam. Launching with a “feel-good” format of recent hits, short presenter links, and a famous morning show, QMusic quickly gained traction in the Netherlands, reaching a market share of nearly 10% by 2015 and winning the prestigious Marconi Award for Best Radio Station in 2008 and again in 2015.
