Antonio Da Silva is a Portuguese, London-based, award-winning artist, filmmaker, choreographer, and visual artist. His work exists at the confluence of cinema, performance, and fine arts, and is known for its unflinching and raw portrayal of gay male sexuality. Da Silva holds two master’s degrees from prestigious London institutions: a Master of Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins and a second in Dance for the Screen from The Place – London Contemporary Dance School. This unique combination of visual arts and choreography deeply informs his cinematic style, which is often described as a form of “choreography” beyond traditional narrative.
